How to Open a Project and Switch Sections

Quick walkthrough

Each project workspace is split into sections so the team can move from open decisions to locked records without losing context.

1. From the home screen, click a project card to open the workspace.
2. Use the section navigation to switch between Decisions, Final Decisions, Design Board, Files, Feed, and Change Orders when available.
3. Go back to Decisions when you need to create or edit open selections.
4. Use Final Decisions and Design Board when you want to review approved choices instead of active work.

Good to know

Important details

• The exact layout shifts between desktop and mobile, but the section names stay consistent.
• Viewer users can move through the project, but they do not get the edit controls other roles see.
