How to Add Rooms to an Existing Project

Quick walkthrough

You do not need to create a second project just because the scope grew. Existing projects can be expanded room by room.

1. Open the project and stay in the Decisions section.
2. Click Add room near the pending decisions header.
3. Choose the new room templates or add a custom room name.
4. Pick the decision points you want for each new room.
5. Save the room set. The new decisions are added to the current project.

Good to know

Important details

• Starter plans still apply their room cap here, so the modal will stop you when you hit the limit.
• New rooms are added alongside the existing decisions instead of replacing them.
