How to Mark a Project Complete and Reopen It

Quick walkthrough

Completed projects stay available for reference. They just move out of the active work queue.

1. Open the project and click the pencil icon to open Project Settings.
2. Find the Project state area.
3. Change the project status from Active to Completed.
4. Save the settings.
5. To reopen the project later, return to the same setting and switch it back to Active.

Good to know

Important details

• Completed projects still keep their decisions, files, feed, and final records.
• Moving a project to completed is a good cleanup step once active selections and purchasing are done.
