How to Track More Than One Final Selection

Use additional final selections when a decision genuinely needs more than one approved item.

What this covers

Quick walkthrough

Some decisions do not end with a single winner. You may need two approved lights, a combination of tile trims, or multiple products under one decision.

Finalize the first approved option normally.
Reopen the finalized decision when you need to add another approved item.
Use Add as final on the additional option.
Save the decision so all approved options stay attached to the same record.

Good to know

Important details

This only works for finalized options on a decision that is already in the decided state.
Use this when the scope truly needs multiple approved items, not when the team is still uncertain.
