How to Add a New Selection

In BuildSelections, a selection starts as a decision. That decision can hold one option or many options until the team lands on the winner.

1. Open the project and stay in the Decisions section.
2. Click Add decision.
3. Enter the decision title, room, notes, due date, and budgeted amount if you have them.
4. Add at least one option so the team has something concrete to review.
5. Save the decision to keep it in the pending queue.

Good to know

Important details

• Use clear titles like Kitchen faucet or Primary bath floor tile so the list stays easy to scan.
• If you need a new room first, use Add room before creating the decision.
