Due dates help the team act on time. Budgeted cost helps you compare plan versus committed spend later.

1. Open the decision you want to edit.
2. Set the Due date field to the latest date the choice needs to be made.
3. Enter a budgeted amount on the decision if you have a target spend.
4. Save the decision.

• Due dates are what feed the dashboard’s Due Soon and Past Due lists.
• The decision-level budget is different from an option’s estimated or actual cost. It is your target, not the selected price.
