How to Decline and Restore Options

Declining is a cleanup tool. It keeps old contenders out of the main comparison while preserving the fact that they existed.

1. Open the decision.
2. Click Decline option on the option you want to remove from active review.
3. If you need it back later, open the declined options area and choose Restore option.
4. Save progress when you are done.

Good to know

Important details

• Declining is usually safer than deleting because it preserves the comparison history.
• Once an option is selected as final, treat change orders as the path for reopening instead of casually removing it.
