How to Use Project Field QR Codes
Generate a project QR link so field crews can pull up the current specs and log on-site verification.

Quick walkthrough
Field QR is built for the moment when someone on site needs the current answer fast instead of guessing from memory or an old screenshot.
- Open the project and go to
Project Settings. - Find the
Field QRarea. - Click
Generate QR linkif one does not exist yet. - Copy the link or use the generated QR image for field handoff.
- Use
Rotate QR tokenlater if you need to invalidate an older QR.

Important details
- Field QR can be project-wide or room-specific depending on how the link is shared.
- The scan page shows high-level counts such as pending decisions, finalized decisions, and change orders.
