BuildSelections lets a project assign a specific change-order approver so reopened decisions are controlled instead of accidental.

Open the project and go to the Change Orders section.
Review the pending request, including the reason and any affected finalized options.
Approve the request to reopen the decision or reject it to keep the final record locked.
Follow up in the project feed if the team needs more explanation.

Good to know

Only the assigned change-order approver can review these requests.
A clean approval process matters most when orders, invoices, or install work have already started.
