How to Invite Someone by Email

Send a single-use email invite directly from the project workspace.

Quick walkthrough

Project owners can invite collaborators straight from BuildSelections instead of managing separate onboarding lists.

Open the project and open Project Settings.
Go to the collaboration or team area and choose to add a member.
Pick the invite role such as Homeowner, Designer, Contractor, or Viewer.
Enter the person’s email address and click Send Invite Email.

Good to know

The email contains a single-use invite link.
Viewer is read-only, so use it when someone should see the project without changing it.
